DELIVERY & RETURNS

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

WE DISPATCH ALL ORDERS FROM STOCKS IN OUR UK WAREHOUSES

For all normal orders received before 12:00 pm we aim to dispatch the Same Day.
For normal orders we receive after 1:00pm, we ship the next working day (Monday to Friday).
All orders are subject to stock availability - we hold lower stocks of unpopular items and we may need extra time to fulfil your order if you require higher volumes of these lines.
We will always endeavour to communicate with you if dispatch is more than 2 working days.
Some products due to their size have special transport requirements. If this is the case, we will call you to advise and confirm a delivery date with you.
All national couriers are managing very high volumes of deliveries, which may affect the delivery time of your order, we cannot therefore guarantee your delivery to reach you within a certain time.


DELIVERY

NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
For all orders over £10 we use next day courier services. If we receive your order before 12pm and your order is for fittings, valves and accessories, you will most likely receive your order the next working day.  However nobody can guarantee this, especially when it is out of our own control.  Unlike some, we really don't like making promises that we can't keep. We will however, do our absolute best and that can be guaranteed.

Pipe over 2 metres requires specialist carriage and in all likelihood will take slightly longer to reach you, usually 3-5 days, but again, we do absolutely everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. We will confirm a delivery date with you upon receipt of your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES
We are primarily a business to business supplier and our delivery charges are simplified to cover larger order volumes across the UK.  
Small orders will be handled as below

Small Order Shipping
 Our product prices are so competitive that we can't process small orders on next day courier services without losing money, so order values of under £10 for fittings, valves and accessories, will only be shipped on 2-3 day service. Dependant on the time that your order is placed, it may only be picked the day after and collected by Royal Mail a day later; meaning that realistically it could be 5 days before you receive your parcel. 
To get speedier shipping options please reach a cart subtotal of £10. 

Pipe Lengths
If any number of individual pipe lengths within an order exceeds the lengths shown in the chart, then the carriage will generally be charged within the indicated price range. Actual costs depend on weight, length and order value and will be calculated at checkout.


Pipe Delivery Charges

ARE YOU PAYING FOR DELIVERY MULTIPLE TIMES?

OUR DELIVERY COSTS FOR PIPE ARE REAL AND REFLECTS THE ACTUAL COST TO US AND OTHERS IN THE INDUSTRY.

ANY COMPANY CHARGING LESS FOR SHIPPING IS CHARGING EXTRA ON THE PIPE TO COVER COSTS.

WE KEEP OUR PRODUCT PRICES LOW, WHICH MEANS OUR SHIPPING MUST REFLECT ACTUAL COSTS.

WE DON'T BELIEVE IN CHARGING OUR CUSTOMERS FOR DELIVERY MULTIPLE TIMES WITH EVERY PIPE LENGTH.


Same Day Service

We have the ability to deliver on the same day as receiving an order (Monday to Friday) to the North West Region only, in which case, the delivery costs shown above do not apply. This service can be arranged by telephone only, as the request is complex and depends on many factors, such as stock availability, order quantity, order value and availability of delivery vehicles . Bank/Public Holiday Deliveries

We do not operate on Bank Holidays. National carriers do not operate on bank/public holidays.

We therefore cannot offer Bank Holiday deliveries.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you have placed an order, you should automatically receive an order confirmation by email containing important information regarding the delivery of your order. This email also contains a copy of your VAT Invoice.  You will continue to receive updates on the status of your order throughout our picking and despatch processes.
Do not refuse to accept an order at the point of delivery, as this will cause the package to be without any traceability. 

Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK Orders

We do not send pipe orders of any length to Northern Ireland, due to overly complex customs. Fittings, valves & accessories are fine but there is an increased delivery cost and also increased delivery time of 2-3 days.

*Northern Ireland, Islands, Highlands and offshore postcodes are subject to a surcharge to help us cover the increased delivery costs that we incur, unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery to these postcodes.

RETURNS

 The package and contents must be inspected immediately upon delivery and we must be informed of damage to products caused by transit or shortages within the package within 12 hours of receipt.
In all other circumstances, you have 3 days from the receipt of goods to tell us that you want to make a return.
Pipe Warehouse UK does not cover return shipping costs and the costs involved in return shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer wishing to make the return.
1.    Please email us at returns@pipewarehouseUK.com to request returns authorisation; include your web order number and details of the items you wish to return. We must be made aware of your intention to return goods and agree upon the terms on which we will receive the goods back as per our full terms and conditions.
2.    Once the goods have been received back, we will check them for their perfect resaleable condition, send you an acknowledgement and upon approval take them back into stock and refund money owed to you as per our return agreement with you.


We really value your custom and would never want you to have a bad experience with any of our products or our service. So please, in the first instance let us know if you feel we could improve our service or if you have problems with a product we have supplied. Pipe Warehouse UK, however, reserves the right to not accept returns for reasons outlined in the terms and conditions and or to make a restocking charge to cover costs in accordance with the full terms and conditions which governs the sale and which can be found on this site at checkout. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on 1 & 2 metre lengths of pipe and some other non standard items, this is simply because we have had to cut a full commercial length to provide you with this small length service, so we can't easily resell the item especially in diameters or materials that aren't so popular.
