WRAS Approved: Any water fitting, which when installed, will carry or receive water from the public mains water supply in the UK, must comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations or Scottish Byelaws. These require that a water fitting should not cause waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must be ‘of an appropriate quality and standard’.
BSP Thread:
The valve has ¾” female BSP thread on both ends. This enables connection to components of any material with a ¾” male BSP thread. The use of PTFE tape is recommended for a pressure resistant joint.
Thermal Properties PVC-U shows very good characteristics in the temperature range from 0°C to +60°C. At lower temperatures the impact strength drops considerably.
