Construction:
This heavyweight plug is constructed from a a single piece of solid material and is not injection moulded; resulting in a super high-quality, strong and robust product that you can trust.
Design Features: The square nut may be more desirable in certain instances and applications. The main advantage of a square nut is the larger surface area that square nuts offer can provide more grip compared to hex nuts, which increase their ability to be tightened and may increase their performance in certain applications. The design of this plug is such that the nut is smaller than the thread diameter; which allows the plug to be tightened continuously and to its fullest extent without the head impeding tightening.
WRAS Approved:
Any water fitting, which when installed, will carry or receive water from the public mains water supply in the UK, must comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations or Scottish Byelaws. These require that a water fitting should not cause waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must be ‘of an appropriate quality and standard’.
Thermal Properties
