Designed to be solvent cement jointed with 16mm OD PVC-U Pressure Pipe or other pipe diameters with the use of adaptor fittings.

FPM Seals Chemical Resistances at 20°c
Excellent resistance to: Vegetable Oils & Fats, Propane, Methane
Not recommended for: Sodium Sulphide, Formic Acid, Phthalic acid

WRAS Approved:
Any water fitting, which when installed, will carry or receive water from the public mains water supply in the UK, must comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations or Scottish Byelaws. These require that a water fitting should not cause waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must be ‘of an appropriate quality and standard’.

Thermal Properties

PVC-U shows very good characteristics in the temperature range from 0°C to 60°C - subject to pressure derating.
At lower temperatures the impact strength drops considerably.
