NB: The 4" designation in Table D is 4 Hole and in Table E it is 8 Hole. We offer 8 Hole so that the product will fit both Table D & E flanges, if using this product for blanking a Table D flange, there will be 4 'spare' holes in the blanking plate with no corresponding holes in the flange.
