WRAS Approved: Any water fitting, which when installed, will carry or receive water from the public mains water supply in the UK, must comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations or Scottish Byelaws. These require that a water fitting should not cause waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must be ‘of an appropriate quality and standard’.
Thermal Properties
PVC-U shows very good characteristics in the temperature range from 0°C to +60°C. At lower temperatures the impact strength drops considerably. For further information about pipes & fittings please click on our Tech Talk
Plain Ends Valve ends are provided plain for solvent cement jointing.

We offer TP & Effast valves, which are different brands. Both are of equivalent specification and quality. We will send the brand that enables us to dispatch your order in the quickest time possible. If, however, you would prefer a specific brand, then please let us know in order comments and we will ensure you receive your chosen brand, but this may delay dispatch if your order is for larger quantities. We do not send a mixture of brands to complete a single order.
