PVC-U Short Radius Bend 90º Plain Metric

90 short radius bend used for joining two lengths of PVC pipe of the same diameter, whilst simultaneously redirecting the direction of the pipe system at a right angle, in a chosen rotation, as it continues after the joint. The rotation is set at the time of jointing. Jointing of plain fittings must be done with a solvent cement to create pressure resistant, leak free joints. The advantage of a short radius bend, as opposed to an elbow, is the smoother flow. The smoother flow reduces stress on joints over time, which is especially important at higher pressures or when piping more viscous fluids.
